Mindrel designs and builds websites, custom software and AI agents for companies, and for agencies that want a reliable team behind their name.

AI has changed how software gets made. Work that used to take days, such as scaffolding, test coverage, data migration and first drafts, now takes hours. We set up Mindrel to work that way from the start, so more of each budget goes on the decisions that matter: what to build, how it should feel, and how it should fail.

The faster tools don't replace judgement. Every change we ship is reviewed by someone who understands it. We measure our work against targets agreed up front, and we tell clients when a simpler tool would serve them better than a custom build or an agent.

We work directly with companies, and as an unbranded delivery partner for design, marketing and consulting agencies. Either way, the code, data and accounts belong to the client, and the work is documented so anyone competent can carry it on.

How we make decisions.

AI does the drafting, people make the calls

We use AI wherever it makes the work faster or cheaper. Every change is reviewed by someone who understands it, and decisions about structure, design and risk stay with people.

The simplest thing that works

If a form, a script or an existing tool solves the problem, we will say so. We would rather lose a bigger project than build something you don't need.

Measure before you claim

Performance budgets for sites, evaluation sets for AI features, clear acceptance criteria for software. We agree what "working" means before we start building.

You own everything

Code, content, prompts, data and cloud accounts are in your name. Anyone competent should be able to pick up the work without us.

Plain communication

Short written updates, working software at every check-in, and early warning when something is slipping or a risk shows up.
