What we build

Three kinds of work, one studio that ships all of them.

AI agents & automation

Agents and workflows for intake, triage and document-heavy work. Each one has narrow tools, a review step, an evaluation set and logs you can audit.

Who we work with

Built for teams that ship, and the agencies behind them.

For companies

You have a site that is hard to update, a process held together by spreadsheets, or a team doing work a well-built agent could take on. We scope it, build it and hand it over.

  • Direct access to the people building your project
  • Code, data and accounts in your name from day one
  • Fixed-scope projects or phased builds with clear milestones
  • Honest advice when a simpler tool would do the job

For agencies

You own the client and the brand. We work as your unbranded delivery team for websites, apps and AI work, inside your tools and to your standards.

  • NDA and white-label agreement before any client details
  • Estimates you can mark up and quote against
  • Work in your Slack, tracker and repositories
  • Unbranded documentation, handover and support

How we work

From brief to production, in weeks.

  1. 01 / 1–2 weeks

    Discover

We talk to the people who do the work, map the process or content, and agree what success looks like. You get a written scope, a phased plan and an estimate.

  2. 02 / 1–3 weeks

    Design

Content models, flows and a design system for the parts that matter most, tested with real users or real data before production code starts.

  3. 03 / 2–8 weeks

Build with AI in the loop

Engineers use AI for scaffolding, tests, migrations and drafts, and review every change. You see working software on a staging URL at each check-in.

  4. 04 / 1 week

    Launch

Performance, accessibility and security checks against agreed targets, then a planned release with monitoring in place and a handover for your team.

  5. 05 / Ongoing

    Evolve

Monitoring, updates and a monthly block of time for improvements. For AI features, we rerun evaluations whenever models or prompts change.

FAQ

Questions we get before every project.

What does "AI-native" mean in practice?

We use AI tools throughout our own process: drafting components, writing tests, migrating data, generating test content and checking accessibility. That lets a small team move faster. Every change is still reviewed by an engineer or designer before it ships.

Do you only build AI products?

No. Much of our work is marketing websites and custom software with no AI features at all. We recommend AI features only where they clearly help.

How do you work with agencies?

As an unbranded delivery team. We sign an NDA and white-label agreement first, give you estimates you can quote against, work inside your tools, and never contact your clients unless you ask us to.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do, or your client does in a white-label project. Repositories, hosting, CMS and model provider accounts are set up in your name, and IP transfers on payment.

How do you make sure an AI agent is reliable?

We build an evaluation set of real examples with correct answers before building the agent, start with a person approving every action, and widen autonomy only as accuracy holds up. Every run is logged, with limits on retries and spend.

Which models and tools do you use?

We work with the major model providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI, and pick per project based on quality, cost and data requirements. We keep the provider behind a small interface so it can be changed later.

How much does a project cost?

Fixed-scope projects start from around $8k, phased builds from around $20k per phase, and retainers from around $2.5k per month. These are starting points; you get a written estimate after a short discovery call.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes two weeks of post-launch fixes. After that you can take the work in-house with our documentation, or move onto a care and growth retainer.
