Custom web apps & internal tools

We build web applications and internal tools that replace spreadsheets, stitched-together SaaS and manual handoffs. Scoped tightly, shipped in increments, and owned by you.

What it is

Custom software for the work that off-the-shelf tools don’t fit: quoting and scheduling tools, client portals, approval flows, inventory views, reporting dashboards. If your team keeps a spreadsheet open all day to bridge two systems, that spreadsheet is usually the first thing we replace.

We use AI throughout the build to move faster on scaffolding, tests and data migration, which lets us spend more of the budget on the parts that are specific to your business.

Who it’s for

  • Operations teams running core processes in spreadsheets, email and shared drives.
  • Companies paying for several SaaS tools that each cover part of one workflow.
  • Product teams that need an internal admin or support tool their core engineers don’t have time to build.

How we deliver

  1. Map the workflow. We sit with the people who do the work and document each step, the data it touches and where it breaks. The output is a written scope and a phased plan.
  2. Prototype the core loop. A clickable prototype of the two or three screens that matter most, tested with real users before we write production code.
  3. Ship in increments. We release a usable first version early, usually within four to six weeks, then add to it in two-week cycles. You see working software at every review.
  4. Integrate, don’t duplicate. We connect to your accounting, CRM, ERP or identity provider through their APIs rather than copying data into another silo.
  5. Harden and hand over. Tests, monitoring, backups and access controls are part of the build, not an add-on at the end.

What you get

  • Source code in your repository and infrastructure in your cloud account.
  • A data model designed to grow, with migrations and seed data.
  • Role-based access, audit logs where they matter, and SSO if you need it.
  • CI/CD with preview environments for every change.
  • Documentation an in-house or third-party developer can pick up without us.
